1.2 Eligibility: By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

1.3 Amendments: We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

 

2) Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Accuracy: When you create an account to facilitate your e-commerce transactions, you agree to provide accurate and current information.

2.2 Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. SignageMaker.sg is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

 

3) The “Create Your Own” Design Editor Tool

3.1 Digital Representation: Our online design feature provides a digital preview of your custom signage. While we strive for 100% accuracy, final physical products may have slight variations in color (due to screen calibration) and the exact path of the LED neon flex (due to the handcrafted nature of the product).

3.2 User Responsibility: You are responsible for checking all spelling, grammar, and design configurations before checkout. Once a custom order is placed, it enters our manufacturing queue immediately.

3.3 Content Restrictions: We reserve the right to refuse orders containing content that is defamatory, illegal, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.

 

4) E-commerce and Payments

4.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD). We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

4.2 Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and digital payment gateways. Your order is only confirmed once full payment is received.

4.3 Your payment details are processed securely via third party encrypted gateways (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, GrabPay, HitPay etc). We do not store credit card information on our servers.

4.4 Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

 

5) Account Registration

If you create an account:

  • You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login details
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

 

6) Manufacturing and Delivery

6.1 Lead Times: Custom signage typically require a manufacturing period of 10 to 14 working days.

6.2 Installation: Unless explicitly stated and paid for as a separate service, installation is the responsibility of the customer.

 

7) Intellectual Property

7.1 Site Content: All text, graphics, logos, and images on Signagemaker.sg are the property of SignageMaker.Sg Pte Ltd, and are protected by Singapore and international copyright laws.

7.2 User Designs: By creating a design on our site, you grant us a non-exclusive license to manufacture that design for you. We may use photos of your finished physical sign for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out.

 

8) Analytics and Tracking

8.1 Data Collection: We use Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor site performance and improve user experience.

8.2 Privacy: Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle the data collected by these tools.

 

9) Limitation of Liability

9.1 Signagemaker.sg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, including but not limited to improper installation or electrical misuse by the customer.

9.2 Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

 

10.0) Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

 

11) Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
